Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Our client, a well-established and growing business in Grays, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to client enquiries via telephone, email, and at the trade counter
  • Preparing quotations and processing customer orders efficiently
  • Ordering stock from approved suppliers and managing inventory levels
  • Conducting regular stock counts and maintaining accurate system records
  • Performing quality assurance checks and resolving product-related issues
  • Coordinating delivery schedules with customers and arranging transport via internal fleet or couriers
