Our client, a respected name in the lift and escalator sector, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to grow their service and maintenance portfolio. This Sales Executive will build lasting customer relationships, secure contracts, and help expand the company's footprint within the UK lift industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business and manage existing client relationships within the lift industry.
  • Secure and renew lift maintenance and service contracts.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to prepare accurate quotations.
  • Manage all incoming lift service enquiries, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth contract delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the lift or building services industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of lift maintenance and service contracts.
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage your own workload.
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
