Role Overview:The Contracts Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, with projects located in the Essex and Kent areas.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with house builders in the construction industry.
• Ability to commute to various project sites around Essex and Kent.
• References upon request - from a house building organisation.
