We are looking for a reliable and experienced HGV Tramper Driver (Class 1) for night operations involving long-distance haulage across the UK.

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Tramper Driver (Class 1) to join our client for night operations. This role involves long-distance haulage, with nights out during the week as standard. You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods across the UK, ensuring compliance with all road transport regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate an HGV (Class 1) vehicle on night shifts, typically tramping out Sunday night through Friday.
Ensure safe loading, transport, and unloading of goods.
Carry out vehicle checks and report any defects.
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately.
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Comply with all driving and working time regulations.

Requirements:

Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence.
Driver CPC and Digi Tacho card.
Minimum 612 months Class 1 driving experience preferred.
Good understanding of UK road networks and driving regulations.
Ability to work independently and spend nights away from home.
Flexibility regarding working hours and start times.
