A welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Grays is seeking to appoint a newly qualified Science Teacher (ECT) to join their team from September. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent induction support and development opportunities.

The Role:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Work closely with experienced staff and your ECT mentor to develop your teaching practice
- Assess and track student progress to inform planning and support
- Contribute to the wider school community and participate in enrichment activities
- Receive ongoing guidance and support as you complete your ECT years

- A trainee teacher who is completing their PGCE or School Direct programme this academic year
