The Role:
- Full-time, permanent SEND teaching role starting in September
- Working closely with experienced SENCOs and support staff
- Opportunity to work with a small group of pupils with EHCPs and additional learning needs
- Focused on building strong, trusting relationships and delivering personalised, high-quality teaching and learning
The Ideal Candidate:
- An ECT with a genuine passion for SEND and inclusive education
- Committed to nurturing the potential in every pupil
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a close-knit, supportive team
