What were looking for in Assistant General Manager:

At least 1 year of AGM experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
A background in hospitality, leisure, or social entertainment
Strong food & beverage knowledge you understand service standards, guest expectations, and how to run a smooth operation
A people-first leader who can inspire, coach, and build a winning team culture
A proactive, self-driven mindset this is a standalone regional site, so autonomy is key
A good understanding of the local scene and what keeps guests coming back
