Reed Legal are looking to recruit a Paralegal that possesses experience in either Conveyancing or Property Litigation on the behalf of a Property Management company based in Thurrock. See below for key details…

Duties

  • Assisting with dispute resolution related to property law and procedures.
  • Managing a substantial and varied caseload.
  • Implementing and enforcing internal policies.
  • Collaborating with insurance brokers and evaluating internal provisions for cases.
  • Developing and enhancing legal processes for debt recovery and tenancy agreements.
  • Providing preliminary advice and guidance to management on cases, including preparing letters and documents.

Experience

  • Possesses at least 2 years experience within Property Litigation or Conveyancing
  • Will consider candidates that have worked in house or in private practice
  • Law degree ideal
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with your team
