Person Specification:
- Qualified Primary Teacher with UK QTS
- Must have Year 6 experience and confidence with SATs preparation
- Ambitious, reflective, and ready to lead
- Strong communicator and team player
- A track record of good to outstanding teaching
- Committed to driving standards and supporting pupils through transition to secondary
