Key Responsibilities:

• The successful English Teacher will be required to plan, deliver and mark dynamic and creative English lessons across all key stages.
• Develop innovative English lesson plans that cater to various learning abilities, ensuring all students are engaged and challenged.
• Build positive and effective relationships with students
• Responsible for promoting the school ethos
• Assist with monitoring the English department, student progress etc
• Assisting the Head of Department in developing the quality of teaching and learning in the department, monitoring standards, reviewing existing practice and planning.
• Deputising for the Head of Department in their absence or as and when required.
