ABOUT THE ROLE
I am recruiting on behalf of a thriving secondary school for a Teacher of Mathematics to join the team on a 1-year fixed-term maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity to teach motivated students in a supportive and forward-looking environment.

ROLE OVERVIEW
As Teacher of Maths, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Support students' academic progress and pastoral development
  • Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental initiatives
  • Create an inclusive, engaging learning environment
  • Work collaboratively as part of an established Maths team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • QTS (or equivalent) with a relevant degree
  • Strong teaching practice or experience within secondary education
  • Good knowledge of the KS3/KS4 Maths curriculum
  • High expectations, strong communication skills and the ability to motivate students
  • Effective organisation and the ability to work well within a team
