Receptionist with Administraton skills - part time- 18.5 hours per week
My client is urgently seeking a well presented Receptionist with excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful personality to be the front of house meeting and greeting point at their Grays offices.
The working hours areMonday and Tuesday 8.30am-5pm and Wednesdays 8.30am-12.30pm and the successful applicant will begreeting visitors, showing them to meeting rooms, answering telephones and taking messages, assisting colleagues with administration (including emails, filing, booking meeting rooms, adding bookings to the calendar and general admin.
Candidates must have:
Previous Receptionexperience
An up to date CV

Microsoft Outlook (emails), Word and Excel experience
