Location: Near Great Baddow

The Company
DK Recruitmentare seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant / Administrator to provide essential support to senior management and ensure the effective coordination of administrative functions for our Client.

The Role
This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, combining executive support with administrative duties. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering comprehensive PA support to senior management, including diary management, scheduling, and correspondence.

  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and monitoring follow-up actions.

  • Preparing and formatting reports, presentations, and documentation to a professional standard.

  • Managing communication channels, including telephone and email correspondence.

  • Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems.

  • Providing general administrative support across the wider business as required.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrator, or in a comparable support role.

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Professional, discreet, and adaptable with a proactive approach to work.
