Personal Assistant / Administrator

Salary: Up to 30,000 per annum DOE

DK Recruitmentare seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant / Administrator to provide essential support to senior management and ensure the effective coordination of administrative functions for our Client.
The Role
This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, combining executive support with administrative duties. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail at all times.
Key Responsibilities

Delivering comprehensive PA support to senior management, including diary management, scheduling, and correspondence.

Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and monitoring follow-up actions.

Preparing and formatting reports, presentations, and documentation to a professional standard.

Managing communication channels, including telephone and email correspondence.

Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems.

Providing general administrative support across the wider business as required.
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrator, or in a comparable support role.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Professional, discreet, and adaptable with a proactive approach to work.
