Job Title:Sales Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Advisor to join a market leading company within the house building sector. An instantly recognisable name within the industry, with customer service excellence at the core of everything they do. With exciting new developments coming up, they are looking for someone who can progress and grow with the company.
What's in it for you:
- Basic Salary up to £28,000
- £1,000 guaranteed bonus per month
- £2,500 target driven bonus per quarter
- 6-month fixed term contract with possibility to go perm
- Working days are Thursday to Monday 10am - 5pm
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure sales targets are met through negotiation and selling of plots.
- On-site administrationduties andensuring the buying process is efficient.
- Ensure high quality show homepresentations, maintaining the highest standard of health and safety.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Required Skills:
- Extensiveexperienceinhousing saleseither on a temporary or permanent basis
- Proficient in sales techniques
- A good understanding of lenders and the financial aspects of purchasing a home.
- IT literate
- Able to travel to sites in the Leicester area
- Full UK driving licence.
