A client of ours in the Great Dunmow area is looking to recruit a Payroll and Finance Admin to join their growing finance team. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, offering a salary of up to 33,000 per annum depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Payroll and Finance Admin role will include:
- Assisting with payroll processing for approximately 130 employees
- Supporting with pension enrolments, statutory payments, and HMRC submissions
- Managing employee records including starters and leavers
- Processing purchase and sales invoices, staff expenses, and payments
- Reconciling bank transactions and maintaining control accounts
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Experience in payroll and general finance administration
- Working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts (Sage Payroll a bonus)
- Confident Excel and bookkeeping skills
- Strong communication, accuracy, and organisational abilities
- AAT Accountancy qualfied desirable but not essential
