This is an office based role and you are required to have at least 1 years experience working as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, but no more than 4 years experience.
Key Responsibilities for this Conveyancing Legal Secretary Vacancy:
- Supporting the Conveyancing Fee Earner with administrative tasks
- File management
- Diary management
- Arranging appointments
- Opening and closing files
- Liaising with clients and other professionals
- Data processing and management
Requirements of the Conveyancing Legal Secretary:
- Good IT skills, including MS Word, Outlook, and case management systems
- Knowledge of legal terminology/document formats (training can be provided)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Professional, discreet, and client-focused
- Salary is between 27,000 - 30,000 and dependent on experience.
