About you
You’re practical, hands-on, and happiest when you’re working with tools. You take pride in precision, enjoy seeing a job through properly, and don’t shy away from a bit of graft. You’ve probably worked in a manufacturing or production setting before and know your way around power tools. You’re methodical, reliable, and understand the importance of doing things right the first time.

Your experience
You can read and understand technical drawings. You’ve got experience using hand and power tools, and ideally, you’re comfortable working with aluminium and low-voltage electrics (12–24v). You know your way around a workshop and understand what quality looks like, because you’ve delivered it time and again. You’re confident on the tools, careful with your work, and can be trusted to get on with it.

What you’ll be doing with your experience in this role
You’ll join the Framing and Lighting team, assembling frame and lightbox systems from CAD drawings. That means cutting aluminium extrusions, building frames, fitting lighting, and making sure everything lines up perfectly before it leaves the building. You’ll be using a variety of equipment—cutters, benders, routers—and you’ll be inspecting your own work, packing it up, and helping to keep things moving to deadline. You’ll also lend a hand with general warehouse duties and keep your area tidy and safe.

About the company
This business is a specialist in large-format print and display, operating from a site just outside Cambridge. With over three decades of experience, they deliver high-quality visual projects with a full in-house service. Their framing and lighting team plays a crucial role in bringing those visuals to life. This role is your chance to be part of it.
