This role involves advising clients on various family matters, including divorce, child custody, and financial settlements, while ensuring that their interests are protected throughout the legal process.
Duties
- Provide expert legal advice and representation in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and financial disputes.
- Prepare and review legal documents such as petitions, agreements, and court filings.
- Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients to reach amicable settlements where possible.
