Looking for your next challenge in NHS business operations? My client - a high-performing trust - is seeking a Business Support Manager to take the reins on medical administration, rota coordination, and performance delivery across Acute and General Medicine.

You'll be the vital link between service delivery and workforce management - driving targets, refining processes, and leading a skilled team of administrative professionals.

  • Push Performance Forward: You'll be at the forefront of waiting list performance, NHS Cancer Plan compliance, and pathway management.What you do here will have a real impact on patient outcomes and service delivery, with high visibility and clear purpose.

  • Operational Autonomy: From HR issues to budgeting, induction planning to rota swaps, you'll lead on day-to-day planning while helping shape longer-term improvements.You'll be trusted to make decisions and lead from the front, with full support from senior management.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous NHS management experience, ideally at Band 4/5 level or equivalent

  • Is experienced in medical staffing, rota planning (Allocate, e-Roster), and line management

  • Can oversee performance targets and waiting list management with confidence

  • Thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys leading a team under pressure
