We’re looking for nurturing, resilient, and proactive individuals to work on a casual, ad-hoc basis in specialist education settings in the Great Yarmouth area. This role is ideal for those with an interest in behaviour support, dysregulation, and trauma-informed practices, and who are ready to make a meaningful difference—one relationship at a time.

The Role:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
  • Help manage challenging behaviour with empathy and consistency
  • Build trusting relationships with pupils who may have experienced trauma
  • Support the class team in creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
What You Need to Know:
  • Casual/supply work to cover staff absence and support school growth
  • Minimum 2 days availability per week
  • Full-day shifts only: 08:30 – 15:30
  • Work available Monday to Friday, term time only
  • Opportunities for longer-term placements for the right candidates
