Senior project engineer

We seek a professional engineer from an extensive petrochemical or oil and gas operating environment.

The assignment will be imbedded in the client’s operating team while interfacing with the supporting design EPC however, as the role is very operationally biased, we’re looking for someone with a solid technical background with operator-to-operator experience.

The project pertains to on going mods and maintenance both on and offshore gas production assets.  

PE Job Spec

  • Provide Project Engineering Support and management of External contractor on the various projects including Onshore Compression – all of which are in various phases of the project cycle
  • Provide internal support to the Interim Projects and Developments Manager in delivering strategic projects and act as delegate Project Manager where required
  • Help in developing, rolling out and embedding project management standards, procedures, tools, and templates.
  • Support Project Governance and Assurance activities

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 9 months (full time - i.e. 5 days a week)

Location: London office preferred or alternatively Great Yarmouth office.
