We are looking for a dynamic duo who brings complimentary skills to the role.
- one partner with hospitality/chef/kitchen manager experience
- one partner with front of house/bar or business management experience
As a dynamic due you will need strong leadership and organisation skills as well as the ability to work under pressure.
You also need to be flexible whilst living on site and working varied hours including evenings and weekends.
The new premises is to undergo a £200,000 face lift to include a carvery offering.
The site itself is one of 2 pubs in the village, with the other one being wet lead only. Giving this new site the perfect opportunity to become the hub of the community. Not only with a strong food offering, but also accommodating pub teams such as pool, darts and Sky sports.
Another exciting fact about the pub is that you have to drive past it to enter one of the Haven holiday sites. So not only will the pub have a strong food and local trade. It also accommodates tourists.
This really is a great opportunity for a management couple to be part of something a bit special and hit the ground running with the re launch.
Accommodation is provided with a very large 5 bedroom flat. Ideal for a family.
Full training of the operations system will be provided in the sister pub. Ideally the dynamic duo would start prior to the refurbishment, to get to know the locals and spread the word on what is happening.
