I am looking for an innovative and vibrant individual to join my client as a Talent Coordinator on a fixed term contract until December 2025.You will play an essential role in supporting the team to deliver results, supporting the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and guiding new employees through the onboarding process.Your new role....
  • Working with the HR team to maintain the candidate database and handle any relevant paperwork
  • Ensure that the recruitment process is kept up to date with candidates and vacancies
  • Undertake initial applicant screening ensuring that the minimum hiring requirements are met according to each role
  • Schedule interviews and balancing calendars for both interviewers and candidates, coordinating any reschedules
  • Searching and resourcing candidates on job sites, Indeed, LinkedIn and social media platforms
  • Assisting successful candidates with the onboarding process, including preparing compliance documents, guiding them through the process effectively
  • Process background checks to verify applicant information including submitting and contacting references; undertaking Right to Work checks, and security clearances.
About you...Demonstrable experience working in a recruitment role with an understanding of  relevant recruitment legislation, policies and procedures. Have the ability to work on own initiativeFamiliarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processesStrong organisational and time management skillsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a team.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentOur client offers hybrid working but there is an expectation for the role to be in the office at least 2-3 days per week.Applicants will require a full UK driving licence as there will be a requirement to travel to other sites occasionally.For further details, please contact Becky Wilson
