This is a hands-on, practical role within a close-knit team. You'll be required to work weekends and some evenings during the busier summer months, shifting to Monday-Friday day shifts during the quieter winter period. With ongoing investment in both staff and systems, this is a long-term opportunity with clear potential to progress into a leadership role.

This role would suit an Electrical Engineer or Maintenance Engineer with a recognised electrical qualification, who wants to develop further in fault finding, control systems, and complex machinery.

THE ROLE

  • Electrical installation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis
  • Servicing and repairing electromechanical systems
  • Training on PLCs and control systems provided
  • Summer: includes weekend/evening shifts | Winter: Mon-Fri day shifts

THE PERSON

  • Electrical Engineer or Maintenance Engineer
  • Holds a recognised electrical qualification
  • PLC knowledge is a bonus but not essential - full training provided
  • 18th Edition (BS 7671) desirable
  • Experience with PAT testing, AC/DC drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred
