Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine and reactive maintenance across electrical systems, plumbing, and building fabric.

  • Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and painting to maintain a safe and presentable environment.

  • Identify and resolve faults efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

  • Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times.

  • Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.

  • Respond to urgent maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.

Experience required
  • Proven experience in a multi-trade maintenance role (electrical, plumbing, painting).

  • Basic qualifications or certification in one or more trades (advantageous).

  • Sound knowledge of health & safety procedures and legislation.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
