Advocate Group is proud to represent a leading global FMCG business in their search for a Customer Category Manager to join their commercial team.

The Role:

  • Partner with Tesco, Booker, and One Stop to deliver data-led recommendations that drive distribution, share of shelf, and range optimisation.
  • Support range reviews, influence NPD plans, and create compelling sell-in stories for innovation and range extensions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Sales, and insight agencies to shape in-store execution and category strategy.
  • Build strong, insight-driven relationships with customer teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and business growth.

About You:

  • Proven experience in Category Management within FMCG, ideally food.
  • Exposure to working across Tesco is essential.
  • Proficient in tools such as Nielsen, Kantar, Circana, or loyalty platforms like dunnhumby.
  • Skilled in turning insights into strategic recommendations and compelling sell-in stories.
