Job Title: Deputy Clinical Manager
Location: Greenford, North West London
Salary: Up to £27 per hour , 37.5 to 40 hrs per week
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Clinical Manager to join our established team, within a large Nursing home sated on the outskirts of Greenford, North West London. The role is permanent and offers an hourly rate of up to £27, primarily working 9am to 5pm, with flexibility required for staff training and potential floor duties. This role is supernumerary.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Clinical Manager in overseeing the clinical operations within the nursing home.
- Ensure excellent clinical governance and maintain high standards of nursing care.
- Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans and risk assessments.
- Participate in staff training and development programs.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
- Strong clinical governance and general nursing skills.
- Proven experience in leading a team within a nursing home setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard hours when necessary.
