What you’ll be doing:-
Manage and respond to incoming orders and enquiries via phone and email

Provide customers with quotes, lead times, stock availability, delivery updates, and compliance documents

Liaise with customers regarding product specifications, artwork for print, and back-order status

Issue key documentation such as invoices, order acknowledgements, pro formas, and PODs

Coordinate with sales, operations, procurement, marketing, and despatch teams
-
Support colleagues by covering emails and phones during annual leave or busy periods
-
Administer sample requests and assist with day-to-day admin tasks

Proactively contribute to the overall customer service operation

At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales office role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident telephone manner
-
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
-
A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
-
Familiarity with Google Workspace (especially Gmail, Sheets, and Meet)

Previous experience using a CRM system, ideally Pipedrive
-
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
