Join a dynamic and supportive team where you’ll be the face of the business, providing top-tier service across a portfolio of accounts. You’ll build lasting customer relationships, manage enquiries, and work collaboratively with departments across the business to ensure a seamless customer journey.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Manage and respond to incoming orders and enquiries via phone and email

  • Provide customers with quotes, lead times, stock availability, delivery updates, and compliance documents

  • Liaise with customers regarding product specifications, artwork for print, and back-order status

  • Issue key documentation such as invoices, order acknowledgements, pro formas, and PODs

  • Coordinate with sales, operations, procurement, marketing, and despatch teams

  • Support colleagues by covering emails and phones during annual leave or busy periods

  • Administer sample requests and assist with day-to-day admin tasks

  • Proactively contribute to the overall customer service operation

What you’ll bring:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales office role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident telephone manner

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

  • A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (especially Gmail, Sheets, and Meet)

  • Previous experience using a CRM system, ideally Pipedrive

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
