Key Responsibilities:

• Booking and coordinating resources, including internal teams, agencies, transport, and accommodation• Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless operations• Ensuring teams and suppliers comply with company policies and procedures• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and freelancers• Producing and distributing detailed production schedules• Creating purchase orders and managing supplier bookings

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in events, logistics, TV/Film production, or a similar field• Excellent organisational skills and a knack for meeting tight deadlines• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Confident using basic computer systems and administrative tools• A team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude
