Our traditional construction client is looking for a confident administrator who has an interest in HR and is process driven. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who would be looking for an opportunity to learn and develop HR administration skills within a very knowledgeable team. This candidate would be the first point of contact for 70 employees, managing all administration duties within HR and the wider team when required, carrying out market research as well as manning reception as and when required. Our client offers the support to carry out your CIPD level 3.

Duties to include:

  • Maintaining employee data - spreadsheet and system management
  • Carrying out references, right to work checks , DBS checks
  • Acting as first point of contact for all HR queries via email
  • Ensuring correspondence letters are sent out within a timely manner
  • Supporting with payroll queries
  • Manage the probationary period
  • Conduct training when required
  • Wider team administration; covering reception, filing, stationary orders, stock management, booking meeting rooms

Candidates will have strong communication skills, confident with general administration and have an interest / previous exposure to HR.

This role is a full time, permanent role that is 5 days a week in the Greenford office.
