Are you an experienced and passionate Early Years professional looking to step into a supportive leadership role? We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to join our inclusive and nurturing nursery in Ealing. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Nursery Manager, guide a committed team, and help shape the future of our setting.







Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery

  • Lead by example to promote high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding

  • Mentor and support Early Years Practitioners to deliver quality EYFS provision

  • Contribute to the management of rotas, staff deployment, and administrative tasks

  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and staff

  • Assist in maintaining compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and health & safety standards







Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 4 or 5 desirable)

  • Previous experience in a Room Leader or senior practitioner role

  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding procedures, and child development

  • Confident, approachable, and organised, with excellent communication skills

  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and well-being
