Production Manager - Confectionery Manufacturer

The successful Production Manager’s duties will include;

Lead and coordinate the production staff to maximize efficiency, including creating the schedule, managing labour costs, giving instructions and choosing which production machines to use based on incoming orders.
Fulfil administrative duties, completing production reports and shift overviews that detail production rates and worker performances.
Contribute to the hiring process, making recommendations for which candidates are the most capable.

Train new staff to ensure all employees are performing at the same level
Develop and manage the production tracking systems for analysing production rates and product quality
