An exciting opportunity to join a new Build to Rent development in West London. The Senior Leasing Negotiator will be responsible for managing a team of leasing negotiators and overseeing the leasing process including administration, compliance and marketing. Overview:
- Role: Senior Leasing Negotiator
- Location: West London
- Salary: £30,000 basic (OTE around £40,000-£42,000)
- Working Hours: 9am-6pm, 5 days per week Mon-Sat (1 day off in lieu)
Responsibilities of the Senior Leasing Negotiator include:
- Ensure systems are kept up to date.
- Carry out rent analysis.
- Manage a team of lettings negotiators.
- Carry out tours of available apartments.
- Negotiate offers.
- Vet potential applicants.
- Complete new let paperwork in line with procedures.
- Compile reports.
- Coordinate renewals.
- Coordinate with third party agents as required.
- Ensure good presentation of available apartments at all times.
- Coordinate the marketing of available apartments.
- Provide first class customer service to residents and applicants.
The person:
- Previous experience in BTR Lettings.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
