The sales recruitment network, are recruiting for a product specialist, this role does require travel. Product specialist experience is required.

Product Expertise

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the C2 and C5 product range, including the banding module, and serve as the go-to expert for technical queries.

Training & Development

  • Design and deliver structured training sessions to engineers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to work effectively with theirproducts.
  • Provide a fully documented training programme, incorporating video footage as a key support asset.

Technical Support (Internal)

Provide hands-on assistance and troubleshooting to engineers, fostering a collaborative and solutions-oriented environment.

Technical Support (Customer-Facing)

  • Offer on-site hands-on assistance and troubleshooting to customers, ensuring exceptional service and expertise.

Building a Self-Sufficient Engineering Team

  • Ensure all field-based engineers develop a high level of product knowledge and can take the lead in your absence, operating under a Make Yourself Redundant policy.

Continuous Improvement

  • Gather feedback from engineers, sales, and other departments to refine training and support materials, enhance product support, and contribute to product development discussions.

Documentation

  • Create and maintain user guides, technical documentation, and training materials to support ongoing learning and development.

Bank of England compliance

  • Ensure that all Bank of England Framework testing is planned and completed on time so that all customers Adaptations remain compliant
