Smart Teachers is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join a 'Good' school in Greenford, Ealing.

About the role

• Role is for the duration of the Spring term (January to April) with potential for the role to continue in Easter.

• Teaching Assistant required to support in schools ASD Unit (KS2).

• Successful teaching Assistant will work alongside teacher and other highly skilled Teaching Assistants to provide academic and social support.

• Previous experience working with pupils with ASD is desirable but not essential.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant you will:

  • Experience working with Primary aged Children.
  • Be inspiring and pro-active.
  • Be an excellent communicator with fantastic interpersonal skills.
  • Have a ‘child workforce only’ DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Prior experience working with children.
