Step Teachers are working with a calm and inclusive school in Ealing to find a committed Year 3 Teacher for September 2025. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding a mixed-age class through a stimulating and supportive learning experience.
Year 3 Teacher Role:
- Demonstrate good knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and plan and deliver engaging lessons accordingly.
- Maintain a well-organised classroom environment, ensuring the safe use and storage of all equipment.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members throughout the school to support the holistic development of students.
- Assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Willingness to comply with the schools policies and implement them effectively.
Year 3 Teacher Requirements:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification.
- Have recent mainstream primary school-based experience.
- Demonstrate a good level of classroom and behaviour management.
- Embrace the schools core values and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
