A new position has become available for an experienced Head of Sales to join a well established and growing Lift company. The right candidate will be able to lead, manage and develop the sales team, build relationships with new and existing clients and implement strategies to develop new business for the company. In return you will earn an impressive salary of up to 90,000, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, 600 car allowance and so much more.
As the Head of Sales you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the Sales team, driving pricing accuracy, margin growth, and seamless handover processes with Major Works and Service & Repair divisions.
- Grow the client base through strategic tendering of major and high-profile UK projects.
- Oversee team performance, conduct reviews, and ensure delivery against KPIs and targets.
- Act as key liaison for major accounts, expanding relationships and identifying margin-enhancing opportunities.
- Set, monitor, and evaluate individual sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and industry standards, fostering a culture of integrity and improvement.
Requirements for the Head of Sales:
- Demonstrated track record of sales success in the lift industry
- Confident communicator, experienced in presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Previous experience as a Sales director, Head of sales, Sales Manager or similar within the lift industry is essential.
- Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Excellent communicator, skilled at securing key information through clear internal and external engagement.
In return the Head of Sales will receive:
- Salary banding between 80,000-90,000
