- Oversee full-cycle payroll processing for a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of payroll records in line with RTI requirements.
- Respond to client inquiries related to benefits, expenses, and payroll deductions.
- Handle BACS submissions, auto-enrolment duties, and statutory payments including student loans and maternity pay.
- Generate and distribute P45s, P60s, and payroll journals, ensuring compliance with HMRC guidelines.
- Serve as the primary contact for all payroll-related queries and support.
- Proven experience in payroll administration, including working with multiple client payrolls.
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, experienced in engaging with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing.
