About you:
As Food and Beverage Manager, you will lead your colleagues to provide the best experience for our guests. You will be a passionate self-starter. A great communicator, who is outcomes oriented, supporting and leading your team to achieve and exceed our guest expectations within Food & Beverage. You will not be afraid to experiment and learn from situations, through an inclusive mindset. You will have previous experience in large Hotels or Restaurants and comfortable with working in a high volume environment that could have multiple events going on at the same time.
