We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team as Fish Factory Operatives in Grimsby and Caistor. As part of our production team, you will play a key role in processing, packing, and preparing high-quality fish products to meet customer and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Handling, processing, and packing fish products on a production line.
- Ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.
- Operating machinery and equipment (training provided).
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.
- Assisting with loading and unloading stock as required.
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working in a chilled or cold environment.
- No previous experience necessary but is desired.
- Access to own transport as some clients are outside of Grimsby.
Shift times (vary depending on client)
- 06:00 - 14:00
- 08:00 - 16:00
- 14:00 - 22:00
- 06:00 - 15:00
- 09:00 - 18:00
- 06:00 - Finish
Competitive pay dependant on the company from 12.21 to 13.30 per hour.
