Join our team as a Customer Service Administrator and become the first point of contact for our customers. Day-to-day of the role:- Answer incoming service calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Log all calls, faults, and service requests accurately into our CRM or service management system.
- Manage and monitor open cases, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
- Schedule service visits and coordinate with field engineers to ensure efficient callouts.
- Communicate with customers regarding job progress, engineer arrival times, and follow-up requirements.
- Liaise with parts and operations teams to support smooth service delivery.
- Maintain clear and accurate customer records and documentation.
- Escalate urgent or repeat issues promptly to the appropriate internal teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our customer service processes.
- Experience in a customer service and/or administration role, preferably in a service or maintenance environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and service scheduling tools.
- A calm, professional approach to problem-solving and handling customer concerns.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Knowledge or experience in the catering equipment, facilities management, or technical service industry.
- Familiarity with field service management software.
- Understanding of basic service workflows (e.g., first fix, parts ordering, service level agreements).
