Description

Conduct routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of electrical systems and machinery.

Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production disruptions.

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks in line with schedules.

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot control panels, drives, PLCs, and instrumentation.

Support mechanical repairs and maintenance when required.
-
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability.
-
Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete job reports.
-
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
-
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis (RCA).
Profile
-
Recognised electrical engineering qualification
-
17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
-
Proven experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role.

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills on electrical systems and automation.

Knowledge of PLCs, inverters, and motor control systems (advantageous).

Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to support cross-skilled work.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
