Currently recruiting for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join a top-ranked, award-winning department. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex and high-profile medical negligence cases within a firm known for its excellence, integrity and client care.The team handles a wide range of serious claims, including misdiagnosis, delayed diagnosis, surgical errors, spinal & brain injuries and incorrect treatment. 

Your RoleAs a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will:

  • Manage your own caseload of litigated and non-litigated clinical negligence claims
  • Work on complex, high-value matters with support from senior lawyers
  • Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to deliver exceptional client service
  • Provide clear, compassionate legal advice to clients and their families
  • Assist junior colleagues and contribute to team development
  • Prepare cases for trial, including drafting, disclosure and expert instruction

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in clinical negligence or personal injury
  • Strong technical legal skills and experience handling litigated cases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A client-focused approach with a high level of empathy and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
