Position: Full-load Export Coordinator
Location: Stallingborough
Salary: £26,000–£29,000 (Negotiable, depending on skills and experience)
Shift: Monday – Friday, with an on-call rota (1 in 5)
Contract: Permanent
Our client, a respected and growing freight forwarding business, is seeking an experienced Full Load Export Coordinator to join their team in Stallingborough.
This role is essential to managing full load export operations from the UK and Ireland, along with planning Irish imports transiting via the UK. You’ll liaise daily with customers, transport planners, and shipping lines to ensure shipments are moved efficiently, compliantly, and on time.

Key Responsibilities-
Coordinate full load exports from the UK and Ireland

Plan Irish imports transiting via the UK (full loads and groupage)

Handle customer bookings and enter data into internal systems

Communicate with transport planners, hauliers, and shipping lines

Complete export customs clearances using Descartes and Destin8

Prepare and manage export transit documentation

Provide exceptional customer service and support

Participate in an on-call rota (one week in five, including weekday evenings and Saturday morning)

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in exports, imports, groupage, or full load transport

Confident and approachable communicator

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Customer-focused, with a proactive and positive attitude

Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage a dynamic workload

Logical thinker with sound problem-solving abilities

Able to work independently and as part of a team in time-sensitive situations

IT literate and willing to learn new systems

Competitive salary (£26,000–£29,000), negotiable based on experience

Structured on-call rota with weekday and weekend allowances

Monday–Friday working pattern, with Monday afternoon off following on-call weekends
