Site Manager White Walling / Composite Panels
Location:Grimsby-based | Projects across Corby, Kettering, Manchester Airport
Salary:£40,000 £50,000 DOE + Company Car + Benefits

About the Role:
My client is a specialist construction company delivering high-profile projects across the UK. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of live sites, with a strong preference for those with experience in white walling, composite panels/ cladding systems.

This role requires regular UK travel and overnight stays (typically MonWed), with Fridays based in their modern Grimsby office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all site activities to meet programme and quality targets
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, plant, and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and site documentation standards
  • Liaise with clients, Contracts Manager, and QS team on progress, variations, and costs
  • Monitor material deliveries, labour requirements, and site efficiencies
  • Deliver successful snagging, handovers, and completion processes

What Were Looking For:

  • 3+ years' experience in a Site Manager role within construction
  • Experience in white walling, composite panels, or cladding is highly advantageous
  • SMSTS (or willing to obtain), full UK driving licence
  • ISO9001
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and reporting skills
  • IT proficient (MS Office essential)
  • Strong knowledge of H&S and construction best practices
