Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts - 6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Employment Type: Full-time, Ongoing

Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bay Operative to join our team in Grimsby. This role requires a valid FLT Reach and Counterbalance licence and involves supporting warehouse operations, specifically in goods-in, goods-out, and bay management.
You will work on a weekly rotating shift pattern:
- Week 1: 6:00am-2:00pm
- Week 2: 2:00pm-10:00pm
(Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods using FLT Reach and Counterbalance trucks
- Move stock in and out of bay areas efficiently and safely
- Ensure accurate stock placement and labelling
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
- Work closely with team leaders to meet dispatch and intake schedules
- Follow all site health & safety procedures and protocols
Requirements:
- Valid FLT Reach Truck licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse role
- Physically fit and able to manage manual handling tasks
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
