Pay Rate: 14.26 per hour
Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts - 6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Employment Type: Full-time, Ongoing
Start Date: Immediate

Job Overview:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bay Operative to join our team in Grimsby. This role requires a valid FLT Reach and Counterbalance licence and involves supporting warehouse operations, specifically in goods-in, goods-out, and bay management.

You will work on a weekly rotating shift pattern:

• Week 1: 6:00am-2:00pm
• Week 2: 2:00pm-10:00pm

(Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload goods using FLT Reach and Counterbalance trucks
• Move stock in and out of bay areas efficiently and safely
• Ensure accurate stock placement and labelling
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required
• Work closely with team leaders to meet dispatch and intake schedules
• Follow all site health & safety procedures and protocols

Requirements:

• Valid FLT Reach Truck licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
• Previous experience in a similar warehouse role
• Physically fit and able to manage manual handling tasks
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts
