NextLink is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead a multi-phase SAP implementation within a CDMO/life sciences environment. Phase 1 focuses on PM and FICO modules, while Phase 2 covers the remaining SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle SAP implementations, starting with PM and FICO modules.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet project milestones.
- Ensure cGMP compliance for validation, change management, and documentation.
- Lead stakeholder communication and drive change management initiatives.
- Report project progress, manage risks, and ensure user adoption.
Requirements
Over 10 years SAP project management experience.
- Manage full-cycle SAP implementations/roll-outs, starting with PM and FICO modules.
- Background in life scienceor pharmaceutical industries (maximum during the most recent 5-7 years)
- Strong knowledge of cGMP/GxP compliance and regulatory environments, with a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with GxP.
- Experience ensuring cGMP compliance for validation, change management, and documentation.
- Experience leading stakeholder communication and drive change management initiatives.
- Reporting project progress, manage risks, and ensure user adoption.
- Coordination of internal teams and external vendors to meet project milestones.
