Laboratory technician

I am currently recruiting for a laboratory support worker in a food microbiology laboratory based in Grimsby
This is a short term contract ( must be available to start immediately)

Key responsibilities:

Processing water microbiology samples for testing
Preparing and pouring agar media to plates
Washing laboratory equipment and general maintenance
Assist with stock and consumable management
To carry out all activities in accordance standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

No prior experience required
Experience in working in fast paced environments such as restaurants, warehouse or production operative roles

Hours:

2 week rota; Week 1 Mon 10am to 09:30pm; Tue & Wed OFF; Thurs & Fri 10am to 09:30pm; Sat & Sun OFF; Week 2 Mon OFF; Tues & Wed 10am to 09.00pm; Thurs and Fri OFF; Sat and Sun 10am to 9pm

Candidates must have full eligibility to work in UK without restrictions.
