Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons across various subjects (Teachers)
• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring a positive learning environment (Cover Supervisors)
• Engage and inspire students to achieve their full potential
• Maintain classroom management and support the school's policies and ethos
• Provide support to students' academic and personal development

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent for teaching roles
• Experience working with secondary school students
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A positive and adaptable attitude
• For Cover Supervisors, relevant experience in a supervisory or educational role is desirable
