About the Role:Join our Children's Assessment Safeguarding Service as a Social Worker based in our Grimsby office. You'll work closely with partners to provide targeted support and interventions for children and families in need.
Key Responsibilities:-
?? Build effective engagement and manage relationships with vulnerable children, young people, families, and stakeholders

?? Formulate, implement, and review agreed care plans

�? Work within a statutory Children's Services setting ensuring compliance with policies

? Carry out timely assessments of service users' needs using best practice guidance and departmental procedures

?? Demonstrate awareness of the impact of your professional involvement on children's lives

?? Experience in statutory Children's Services

?? Skilled in assessments, care planning, and safeguarding practices

?? Strong interpersonal and communication skills

?? Commitment to delivering high-quality support to vulnerable children and families
