About the Role:

Join our Children's Assessment Safeguarding Service as a Social Worker based in our Grimsby office. You'll work closely with partners to provide targeted support and interventions for children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ?? Build effective engagement and manage relationships with vulnerable children, young people, families, and stakeholders

  • ?? Formulate, implement, and review agreed care plans

  • �? Work within a statutory Children's Services setting ensuring compliance with policies

  • ? Carry out timely assessments of service users' needs using best practice guidance and departmental procedures

  • ?? Demonstrate awareness of the impact of your professional involvement on children's lives

What We're Looking For:
